Spalted Walnut is technically not a specific species of Walnut, Spalting is any form of wood coloration caused by fungi and can also occur even in living trees. Walnut (Junglas regia) is a relatively slow-growing tree, and is grown extensively for nut. The wood is very high quality, and is used for furniture, rifle stocks, and musical instruments. It is a porous wood, like the other walnuts, and is denser and heavier than black walnut.

Rare find of European Flamed Ash. When a cutting sound is needed, with power, attack, punch and high harmonics, Euro Ash is candy for your ears. White ash tonewood is relatively hard, dense and heavy compared to swamp ash. Although it looks very similar, it's greater density makes it brighter sounding with a little extra sustain. These European Ash sets have a spectacular flame which is very uncommon in this kind of wood.
